9 November 2005 – Rosehill enters into agreement for the acquisition of Baker Hughes (Cyprus) Ltd

Rosehill Energy Plc has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Baker Hughes Russia, Inc and Baker Hughes GmbH for the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of Baker Hughes (Cyprus) Ltd (“BHCL”). BHCL is the contractor under a Production Enhancement Contract dated 19 August 1999 between BHCL, Joint Stock Company Ungeoneftegazdobycha and Joint Stock Company Uzneftepererabotka.
